Our October Unearthed dinner is being held on Friday the 17th. This is going to be a little different as it coincides with the release of the Coastal Chef book to the public. This is the collaborative project between chefs, scientists and growers of algae and seaweed we have been working on and talking about recently. Like usual there will be 8 courses with matching drinks but we will be incorporating seaweeds and algae into the menu a little more. Books will be available to be bought on the night.
